A short climb up to a pylon sitting above the St James country, with the payoff being a wide outlook over the high-country tops once you're up there.

It's brief but works for it. The track climbs quickly to the lookout, then it's the steep descent coming back down that earns the medium rating. Take it easy on the brakes and keep it in low range for the way down.

Worth the detour if you're poking around the wider St James area and want a bit of a view.
