Paparoa Track Road is an easy West Coast gravel run through bush-clad hills to the Paparoa Track trailhead, with native forest walks and old coal mine history.
A gravel run that winds through the hills before reaching the start of the Paparoa Track. The walking route climbs through some genuinely good native forest up to an abandoned coal mine, but the drive on its own is a nice introduction to the rugged Paparoa scenery.
