A scenic drive through the hills, Meyers Pass Road runs between the Waihao Basin (near Waimate) on the east and the Hakataramea/Waitaki Valley toward Kurow on the west. The road traverses the Campbell Hills, climbing to a pass at around 700 m elevation.
