4WD track in the West Coast region
Garden Creek is a tight, scratchy West Coast 4WD climb through bush to the historic Garden Creek mine, suited to capable vehicles wanting a low-traffic backcountry run.
A climb up toward the historic Garden Creek mine, winding through typical West Coast bush before delivering you to the old mine site at the top. There's some mining heritage to poke around at the top if that's your thing.
Expect a narrow, scratchy drive with overgrown vegetation crowding in and brushing the sides of the vehicle. Conditions are tight, with limited room to manoeuvre, so take it slow and pick your line carefully.
This description is based on driving only a short section, so plan accordingly. The track character may change further along.
