A short gravel run takes you to the Clay Cliffs. The drive's brief and easy, but the cliffs are very much the main event.
They're a dramatic landform of towering pinnacles and steep ravines, eroded over time into a maze of fluted spires that catch the changing light. Set against the wide open landscape, it's a photogenic spot well worth the detour.
