A quick drop off the road takes you down to the bank of the Oroua River. Short and easy going, more of a handy stop than somewhere you'd set out for on its own.

The track gets you right to the water, good for a picnic, a bit of fishing, or just sitting by the river for a while. Nothing technical about it, just a simple run down to the riverbank.
