Cruise through native forest as you climb toward the carpark at the end of the route. This scenic gravel road is an easy, enjoyable drive, with occasional clearings offering glimpses out over the surrounding Nelson landscape. From the carpark, keen walkers can continue on foot to the summit - allow around an hour each way for the walk to the top, where you’ll be rewarded with even better views.
