This lower part is a rest area with a wooden picnic table. The real gem for an overnight stay is above.

If you go through the gate and along a little way, just before another shut gate, take a hard right up the steep grassy track to a mowed area with space for a few vehicles.

There's a large wooden platform with bench seats and great views of the valley below.
