Sitting in the upper Wairau River country in the Nelson Lakes backcountry, this standard 6-bunk hut makes for a peaceful spot to pitch up for the night. Heating and mattresses are provided inside, so there's a bit of comfort to it.

If the hut's full, there's plenty of room nearby for a tent or a rooftop tent, and campers are made welcome. Connors Creek Hut is popular with families, with plenty around the hut to keep kids busy exploring. A friendly, comfortable introduction to the area.
