4WD track in the Southland region
Slope Point Road is a short, easy gravel run on the Catlins coast in Southland, leading out to the southernmost point of the mainland.
Out in the far southern corner of the Catlins coast, this is a short gravel run that carries you beyond Slope Point itself to an intersection. From there you can head down toward the fishing spot, which is best done on foot, or pick up the other Slope Point route.
The road's easy going with no real obstacles.
