Fletcher Bay Road runs right to the northern tip of the Coromandel Peninsula, finishing at the stunning Fletcher Bay campsite. The drive up is an easy gravel road cruise, making it an accessible way to reach one of the most remote corners of the Coromandel. At the end you'll find an awesome spot to spend the night, with coastal scenery and a real sense of being at the end of the road.

The campsite is a great base to soak up the surroundings, and the journey there is half the appeal as the gravel winds toward the top of the peninsula.

Please note: no dogs are allowed in the area, regardless of whether you're camping or just passing through.
