The calm lake is great for swimming and water sports, and there's a jetty and boat launching for getting out on the water. Facilities are well set up for a relaxed stay, including flush toilets, a cold shower, a cooking shelter, and a tap water supply (untreated, so boil before use). The site is wheelchair accessible with assistance. Campers consistently praise the roomy layout and the beautiful lake views, and report relatively few mosquitoes.
