A truly great track winding up the northern side of North Mavora Lake and heading onto the Mararoa Valley, the only problem is that its too short! Great views mixed with great terrain. The track (and legal access) ends at Boundary Hut.

Access all year however can be inaccessible/closed at times of snow or high river levels caused by rain or snowmelt.

PERMISSION is required from DOC to get the locked gate combination.
